Andy Boller (Andrew Phillip Boller), Blues and Rock singer and pianist extraordinaire (and also contestant on “The Voice of Germany” asked me if I could design and illustrate a cool logo for his band “Take the 55” featuring caricatures of all the band members. A fun design that the band could use on t-shirts, on social media and also posters, flyers and other merchandising. #logodesign#caricature
I had seen Andy live on several occasions and as a fan, I of course immediately jumped on the opportunity.

I am frequently called upon to create drawings for presentations and explainer videos or advertising videos or education videos.
My style of drawing videos and explainer videos differs from the vast majority of video productions because they are actual drawings which unfold, drawn by an actual artist who knows how to draw. The appearance can vary in different illustration styles, we can use color, we can use painterly brush strokes, pen, or pencil sketches. It is an actual work of art unfolding. The intrigue also lies in what unfolds first and what unfolds next.

A very fun recent assignment was to design a series of wine labels (red, white and rosé) featuring scenes from in and around the O Mas Troquet restaurant and Friday street market in 34270 Vacquières, France (Pic St Loup Region, Hérault, Languedoc) and also a label for their custom made flavoured rums.
The concept is that when all the bottles are placed next to each other, they depict the local ambience inside and outside and you almost have a continuous story or panorama.

In addition to my live-drawing and graphic recording skills, I am perfectly bilingual in English, German, and Swiss German. However, if there are some changes that need to be made on the spot, I can improvise and adjust my drawings accordingly, without any issues.
Alternately, I can also improvise completely on the spot without any preparation. I have honed my skills to quickly grasp key ideas and transform them into witty and amusing vignettes that perfectly capture the essence of the discussion. This ability to improvise in real-time is particularly useful in fast-paced events or discussions where spontaneity is key.
I provide a flat rate estimate for my live-drawing and graphic recording services, which includes the transfer of rights for the created images. This ensures that you have a clear idea of the costs upfront and there are no surprises or unexpected expenses.
For in-person appearances at events, my day rate is 1500 Euros, plus travel expenses (transport, accommodation, food, activities) plus the flat rate for the creation and usage rights of the artwork.

L’idée et la conceptualisation, les croquis bruts et ensuite le travail artistique final pour 3 cartes d’invitation pour le 30e et 10e anniversaire des entreprises E.T.I Vendargues – Etanchéité et Couvertures envoyées sur une période de plusieurs semaines pour susciter l’enthousiasme et un crescendo menant à la grande fête au Domaine de Verchant à Castelnau-le-Lez le 7 juin 2018.

Je vous présente avec grand plaisir une série de vidéos que j’ai récemment produites pour un client basé en Allemagne. Le concept était de relayer l’histoire de la production de leurs champignons vitaux de très haute qualité, depuis leur origine dans les montagnes de Chine, en passant par le transport, le stockage, l’analyse approfondie en laboratoire et une production, l’encapsulation et l’emballage hautement supervisés.
J’ai eu le plaisir de dessiner d’abord les story-boards, puis de créer toutes les illustrations et de produire l’animation ainsi que de superviser les enregistrements de voix dans les studios à Berlin, Paris et au Royaume-Uni.
En tant qu’orateur et voix française de la série, nous avons sélectionné l’acteur Daniel Beretta connu des cinéphiles en France comme la voix d’Arnold Schwarzenegger, musicien et auteur de chansons pour Mireille Mathieu, et Nino Ferrer, notamment La Rua Madureira.
